Evangelical Church Nambucca: Embracing Faith & Making a Difference
Nambucca Valley Community Church, a registered organisation, operates with a dedicated team led by Pastor David Bosshard and his wife, Hayley. Alongside a supportive council of elders, they share a genuine passion for helping individuals come to know God and deepen their faith journeys. Driven by the transformative message of Jesus and the hope found in the gospel, the church fosters a love-centred approach, both within its walls and throughout the broader community.
Comprised of a vibrant tapestry of individuals from diverse backgrounds, the church thrives on a unifying mission – to love God and love people. This core value translates into tangible actions, motivating members to actively contribute to community outreach initiatives and spread the message of hope.
Nestled between three main towns – Nambucca, Macksville and Bowraville – in an in-between place called Wirrimbi, Nambucca Valley Community Church.
With weekly church services, we connect and grow together as a community of believers desiring to serve God and each other. Join us each Sunday morning at 9:30am for a vibrant worship experience that welcomes everyone from across the Nambucca Valley. Whether you're from Taylors Arm, Bowraville, Macksville, Scotts Head, Nambucca, or Valla, you'll find a warm and inclusive community at our services.
Our mornings combine inspiring worship, meaningful messages, and opportunities for fellowship, creating a space for all ages to connect and grow. We have a dedicated mothers' room, and a playground for younger attendees. After the service, enjoy refreshments and continue building connections over coffee and tea.

During the school term, join us for Kids Church every Sunday! Designed for primary school-aged children, our dedicated team uses creative storytelling, singing, and games to share the gospel message in a fun and interactive way. It's a space where kids can learn, grow, and become lifelong disciples of Jesus!

Calling all high schoolers! Join our dynamic Youth Group every Friday night from 6pm to 8pm during the school term (excluding holidays). Our passionate leaders create a fun and welcoming environment where teenagers can explore faith, build friendships, and connect with Jesus in a relatable way. Contact us to learn more!

We offer groups for young adults, families, men, and women, creating a space to build friendships, share life's joys and challenges, and grow together in faith. No obligations – just come as you are! These Connect Groups are the heart of our church family, offering connection on Sundays and throughout the week. Explore them and find your place to belong!

Come and play with us at playgroup! Not just for the benefit of bubs and toddlers, but for the whole village. Every Tuesday during the school term from 9:30am to 11:00am, we gather at the church to connect, play, and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, and offer a space for socialisation, playtime and support for parents or caregivers and their little ones. We’re bringing church to Taylors Arm! Join us as we share the Gospel with our neighbours in a small service of worship and the word of God. Family-friendly and open to the public, you’ll find us at the iconic Pub with No Beer, Taylors Arm, at 6pm on the first Sunday of every month.

Nambucca Food Hub
The cost of living is tough, but we’re right here with you.
At Nambucca Valley Community Church, we believe in extending a helping hand to those in our community. For many years, the Nambucca Food Hub, run by dedicated volunteers from the church and the community, has served as a beacon of support for individuals and families on concession or pension cards.
